Christmas Time Is Here!!

I LOVE Christmas!! It truly is my FAVORITE time of year...although it is one of the most stressful times of the year as well! It really seems like the past couple of months have zoomed by! Christmas is only 2 WEEKS away & guess what?? I hardly have any shopping done! The tree is up, the house is decorated, & the Christmas cards have been sent but I've only purchased a few gifts & they aren't even wrapped! I LOVE wrapping BTW! I just bought 12 rolls of wrapping paper from Factory Card Outlet...I have a problem. Anyways, moving on... I love buying presents for people! You can't top the feeling you get when someone opens a gift from you & you can see that they genuinely love it! It just sucks that the bank account is SO low this year! (I bet you all feel my pain!) Now I know that presents are NOT the true meaning of Christmas but I WANT to buy gifts for people! I'm just going to have to take it easy & not spend as much as I usually do...AND I need to stay away from the credit cards!!

*CONCERT ALERT!!* I am heading off to see the Princess of Pop in April!! That's right...It's Britney Bitch!! I'm SO--> flippin excited!! When she announced her tour I went online to see where she would be performing & one of the stops is in Minneapolis! So, Anna, Chelsie, Jessica, Steph, & I are going on a road trip up north to see BRITNEY SPEARS & maybe do a little bit of shopping at, my own personal heaven, MALL OF AMERICA!! ;) 114 days to go & counting!!

It's picture time! Brandon, Brice, & Alyssa met up w/ Nick, Anna, & I at the hockey game this past Sat night. Anna's coworker was also there w/ her little guy! (SO CUTE!) It was a GOOD game! We ended up beating Omaha in sudden death! Wow, we've been pullin out some close ones this season!!

After the game we stopped by Jameson's to see dad & Diane. Diane knew the people in the band so she got to go onstage to play the tambourine!!

I'm super excited for this weekend! I am getting off early on Fri & am hoping to get a good chunk of my Christmas shopping done; that way I can get to wrapping on Sun! On Sat is our annual "Christmas Movie Chili Day" w/ dad! Every year my siblings & I throw on our comfy clothes & get together w/ dad to watch Christmas movies & eat chili...along w/ a lot of other junk food! This year it will be held at Diane's house! It's one of my favorite Christmas traditions!

Next weekend is going to be super busy w/ Christmas activities! We have the Siebel Christmas on Sat which runs from noon to 8:00. My dad has a HUGE family! Everyone brings food & we play games & do a gift exchange & drink adult beverages...it's a super fun time! Then, my friends Christmas is Sat night. My friends & I don't like getting gifts for each other so we just all get together sometime around Christmas to drink it up & have some fun! On Sun we have Christmas w/ some of Nick's family. We're having crepes! I LOVE crepes! :D
